We serve you traditional south-Tyrolean dishes like "Schlutzkrapfen- crescent shaped ravioli, filled with ricotta and spinach" or dumplings with smoked ham, of course handmade. The connoisseur will certainly enjoy these specialties made by us.The south-Tyrolean cuisine is unique in the alpine area: alpine spiciness, combined with south Tyrolean simplicity and Italian finesse are merging here together. Fresh herbs from our own garden are giving the last special touch.
